I love plain Cherry Chapstick. It smells good, is simple, and not sticky at all--it also gives your lips just a hint of red. It's great for daily use. Whenever your lips feel dry or cracked, you can just smear some on. You can find it at any drugstore.
Burt's Bees and Body Shop lip balms are great too. You could also try going to your closest Sephora store and ask what a salesperson recommends.
carmex is a fantastic balm treatment for chapped lips how ever blistex sell balms with tint of colour in them which work quite well... if u dont mind splashing out slightly clinique sell moisturising glosses which are just fab
