Which is the best lip balm for very chapped lips?

Vaseline!

looks like this

it's amazing, when I go skiing I get chapped lips and use this it heals it then stops you getting them if you put it on (and they get really chapped skiing) or you can use normal vaseline on your lipsWhich is the best lip balm for very chapped lips?
It all depends on the lifestyle you live. I am a chapstick fanatic and here are the products I do and don't like:

Burt's Bees: It's natural which is always a plus, but the moisture factor isn't really there. If you get the all-weather one, it leaves a white film on your lips which has SPF in it and will protect you from damaging your lips with the sun, wind and rain.

Nivea A Kiss Of Moisture: This is my #1 favorite chapstick. It's leaves your lips shiny and fresh while locking in moisture. You'll need to apply it ever 1.5 hours of so, but it's totally worth the moisture you will receive.

Vaseline: This is another good one, but can leave your lips a little brittle. The oils are not the best and can affect your skin making it break out if you get it on your face.

ChapStick: Yes, the brand ';ChapStick.'; It's decent, but doesn't have a wow factor. The original formula will provide you with minimal shine and minimal moisture, it's great if your lips need just minor attention. The one that is blue and says moisture, will just do the same. It's not that great. If I HAD to choose this brand - I'd go for the naturals. Oh, ChapStick also sells a medicated one for SEVERELY Chapped lips, I LOVE this one.

Read the ingredients, choose something that is natural and doesn't contain extra shimmers and scents. Don't use lipgloss either! Lipglosses promote chapped lips because of the chemicals in them. Good luck. :)Which is the best lip balm for very chapped lips?
exfoliate your lips, 2 times a week is enough, your lips are the most delicate skin on your body so be gentle, rub in circles with a soft towel or mix sugar + olive oil or sunflower oil or vitamin e oil, to make a paste, scrub ur lips in circles using ur finger for 20seconds then splash with cold water and apply oil on its own, when that has fully soaked in apply lipbalm!

drink more water

try applying olive oil to your lips before bed, makes my lips soo soft as it soaks in fast and hydrates them for hours!

best lipbalms:

Burts Bees (the Honey kind is the best)

Beauty Rehab Lip Balm

Strawberry Carmex Tube

Avon Lip Conditioner

Paul %26amp; Joe limited edition Disney Milky Lip Treatment

L'oreal Pastel Repair Lip Cream

Blistex Intensive Moisturiser

Vanilla SoftLips

most people recommend vaseline, it prevents them from drying out further but it hasnt actually got any ingredients in it to moisturise your lips, but the pink Rosy Lips vaseline has added rose and almond oil! its the only kind of vaseline that makes my lips silky soft even after its worn off, heres what it looks like: http://www.kissandmakeup.tv/RosyLips2-th鈥?/a>

(ive tried pretty much every brand lipbalm there is lol!)
^-^ not a brand specifically, but always look for a lip balm with vitamin E, it will definitely help your lips!, %26amp; if your looking for a brand stick to the original aloe vera vaseline balm. it moistens your lips for a very long time!
Carmex is great as it works really fast, although I don't like it for everyday use as things with petroleum jelly are meant to dry out your lips even more in the long run. For everyday use I like Burt's Bees stuff or even nivea creme is quite good.
Chapstick Medicated. It heals and has sunscreen/SPF 4.

My lips were really dry from my having a fever a while back, and the cooling sensation of the Chapstick really helped.
just dont buy vaseline, i spoke to a profecional and she told me that vaseline actually makes your lips worse even though when you put it on its alright for the time being but on the other hand it is very bad.
Balm Balm by Baume Levres. You can buy it in Superdrug. It's 100% natural and doesn't contain petroleum jelly which is actually harmfull.
Straight up Petroleum jelly/ Vaseline is probably your best bet for very chapped lips. Anything else might irritate the skin.
i have all ways used vaseline but recently brought some of the nivea lip care, it comes in like a lipstick sized tube and also looks lip glossy! and works well with chapped lips
Nivea. it smells and looks really good. theres different colors and it also works as a chapstick. or just use vaseline it makes your lips smooth and unchaps them :)
I wouldn't recommend chapsticks that have menthol in it. (Carmex, softlips, chapstick) because those dry out in the long run.

Try burt's bees :)
nivea lip balm works REALLY great, if you are wondering why it looks like a glue stick, its because its a mexican brand and thats how all lip balms are in mexico

but chapstick its ok, and lip gloss works well, too
go to sleep with tons of vaseline, then in the morning, wet a towel %26amp; rub your lips

i do this every day, my lips are perfect now :)
smackers with glue or Vaseline with glue im not being funny it works and don't put the sticky glue on put the glue sticks they work better
Honestly petroleum Jelly is the best thing you could ever use. It says specifically on the tube that it's for chapped skin.

Or blistex complete moisture is good too (just not as good)
carmex! its lovely %26amp; its been said that i taste really nice haha ;)

vaseline is also really good, but a bit greasy

nivea lipbalm is really good but it goes realy really quick
Carmex in the squeeze tube. This will heal your chapped lips by keeping them moist. After they are healed, if you want they make a stick now.
vasiline with a little sugar added to it really helps ..

also berts bees works nicely
Carmex !

My lips used to bleed so my sister told me to use carmex, and they haven't been bleeding since. It doesn't have the best smell, but it works really good !
palmers cocoa butter you can buy it in stick form specialy for the lips...smells yummy too!!!
chapstick medicated brand!

its amazing it works in about two days and it makes your lips feel smooth!

:D
Worked in the cosmetics industry for 4 years. It's Rosebud salve 100%
I use blistex in the blue tub. It gives a cooling sensation....but it makes your lips soft.
ChapStick brand chapstick. i use the 100% botanical medley. it works really good.
CARMAX!!!!!
