Its funny because i actually have oily skin but my lips are usually dry and peeling. was wondering if there is a decent drug store-price product out there that wont dry out my lips even more. some claim to moisturize but essentially make it worse, any tips!?Moisturizing chap stick or lip balm for dry, peeling lips?
