Can i return product at mac?


i used some of it but not ALOT


i got a lip conditioner from the hello kitty collection. and i do not like it. so i was wondering if i can return it for my money back.


i have the reciept also

Don't believe what the people above me said. I am a MAC user and you can return ANY makeup, including opened makeup within 30 days for a FULL refund. I know this because this is the reason I buy from MAC. If MAC did not have such a great return policy they would not get my business. Btw, it does not matter if you used half the tube. As long as it is within 30 days and you have your receipt you are eligible for a FULL refund.





Now, yeah, they can't use the makeup again and they throw it away but that's not for you to worry about. You get your money back and MAC just lose a few pennies.Can i return lip conditioner at mac?
Unfortunately for health reasons, once it has been used it you can not return it. If it were unused but open you can return or exchange it. They would have to do the same thing you have to do if you don't want it, throw it out. Next time i would recommend trying it before you buy it. They have testers every where that you can use to try it out.
Well, check out the receipt.. some have return policies on them.. If it doesn't say maybe call the store and ask a sales associate. I don't see why not just tell them you didn't like it once you were able to wear it a couple days... Just be honest...

you can return anything to mac if you have the reciept..and i think if its been like before 30 days? i dont remember but you can return any mac product even if its been used
It may depend on what the company's police is on returns or it may depend on health regulations where you live. Call the store and ask.
